Terms of Service

NÓA provides an AI-powered receptionist that connects to your business WhatsApp account to reply to customers and book appointments. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

NÓA is offered on a monthly subscription at €150 per business location, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial months.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period. To cancel, email hello@noareceptionist.com from the email address on file.

You agree not to use NÓA to:

• send unsolicited marketing messages or spam;
• impersonate another person or business;
• process personal data unlawfully or without a valid legal basis;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service or the underlying infrastructure.

We work to keep NÓA available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or temporarily suspend access where necessary to protect the service or its users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email.
